CONSOLIDATION SUB-COMMITTEE VACANCY
At the June 21, 2010 School Consolidation Sub Committee Meeting, the board voted to notify the Town to post a vacancy on the consolidation sub- committee for a non-parent, non-voting member. Any and all interested parties should contact the Preston BOE by way of Dr. Welch's email welchj@prestonschools.org
The State of Connecticut Department of Public Safety has launched an Emergency Notification System (ENS) Registration Page. ENS has the capability of sending messages to thousands of people, using multiple communication devises instantly.

We participate in many fun and educational events throuhout the year including our Annual Pinewood Derby, New Year’s Eve Bowling Party, Camp out at the Battleship Massachusetts, Dodd Stadium, and many other great activities. Our pack is dedicated to encouraging the youth of Preston to be good citizens, good neighbors and good friends. Joining night is typically in early September at PVMS but your child may join at any time throughout the year. The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls teaches what matters most – leadership, confidence and citizenship. Every day, Rainbow girls come together to laugh, share and grow through fun events and challenging workshops that are designed to empower them.
