If you would like to report a lost dog or cat, please call the Animal Control Officer at (860) 887-8091, and we will log all relevant information and post a photo if one is supplied. Please remember to contact us if your pet returns home; otherwise, we will keep the information for seven (7) consecutive days.

If your pet should become lost:

• Notify area Veterinarians and area town Animal Control Departments
• Place an Ad in the local paper or post flyers

For cat owners: If your cat uses a litter box, DO NOT clean it but instead put it outside in a visible area of your yard. Chances are yourcat will return home. Do not place food or water outside as this will attract all kinds of animals.
