Sportstacking – or the older TERM “CupStacking” for people not familiar with the activity, is an amazing and fun sport of fitness, agility, concentration and quickness. It is the up-stacking and down-stacking of 12 specially designed cups call “Speedstacks” in pre-determined sequences for speed and time. Studies have proven that SportStacking improves a child’s self-esteem, eye-hand coordination, focus, concentration and their academics since both sides of the brain are being utilized when Stacking. Students will learn the basic 3-3-3 and 3-6-3 stacks, along with various floor activities that will also exercise the body, heart, and lungs.

Beads – Beads, beads, & more beads!!  Make necklaces, key chains, and other creative creations!!
