YOGA BASICS

For beginners & experienced students. Practice includes a variety of foundational postures (standing, seated and on the floor) that focus on balance and alignment. Breathing techniques, yoga philosophy, meditation and deep relaxation are woven into each class. Modifications are offered to optimize each individual's experience. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, 2 blocks, and a blanket.

MODERATE YOGA

This moderate-level class will give you the opportunity to stretch and release tension from both mind and body. This class offers a strong practice of asana(postures) and then deep relaxation followed by meditation. Learn different techniques of meditation and yoga philosophy which will help you navigate through your busy life. This class is not recommended for beginners. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, 2 blocks, and a blanket.

HOOP FIT

Get sweaty, fit and have fun! Hoop Fit class is designed to keep your heart rate up for the whole class. Whether you have never hooped or an experienced Hooper this class is for all levels. Instructor will have hoops for class participants or if you have a favorite hula hoop, feel free to bring your own hoop with you!

ZUMBA

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout and just lose yourself in the music. This class requires no previous dance experience and is effective for all levels of fitness abilities. Zumba features exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring. It's easy to do and totally exhilarating.

Fee: $41 per session or sign up for both sessions and pay $77
       or $10 per week for walk-in registrations
