This 4 week session builds the foundation and skill set needed for overall athletic performance. With a fun and creative approach to teaching young athletes proper form and body movements to keep them active and safe, while gaining the confidence to excel at team sports.

 QIGONG: MEDITATION, MOVEMENT & BALANCE

Learn gentle movement, breathing techniques to relieve longstanding chronic pain conditions AND regain the flexibility and balance of younger years.  This class is approved for people of all ages and physical capabilities. No special equipment necessary.

Jan Mallett has been training and studying Tai Chi & Qigong practices for over 18 years And has developed this class to help people regain balance in their lives, physically and mentally and to help relieve longstanding chronic pain conditions.

Are you ready to party yourself into shape?  Forget the workout and just lose yourself in the music.   This class requires no previous dance experience and is effective for all levels of fitness abilities.  Zumba features exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats.  Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring.  It's easy to do and totally exhilarating.   Ditch the workout and come join the Zumba party.

WOMEN’S SELF DEFENSE

 

Krav Maga striking, blocking, combatives, how to defend against common attacks used on women in a safe, friendly, encouraging environment. Krav Maga comes from the Israeli Military and is no-nonsense, reality based self-defense. It's not about fighting, it's about defending yourself in the most effective way so that you can get home safe. At the end of the course you will have learned enough fundamental techniques to earn your white belt!
