Are you ready to party yourself into shape?  Forget the workout and just lose yourself in the music.   This class requires no previous dance experience and is effective for all levels of fitness abilities.  Zumba features exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats.  Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring.  It's easy to do and totally exhilarating.   Ditch the workout and come join the Zumba party.

Calling all adults that want to express their creative side!  Learn basic drawing skills or advance the one's you have from still life. The class will start out with basic shapes using line and form and work up to more challenging still life.

Get sweaty, fit and have fun! Hoop Fit class is designed to keep your heat rate up for the whole class. Whether you have never hooped or an experienced Hooper this class is for all levels.

Join us for a fun course to introduce you into the creative world of modern balloon twisting.  Registration fee includes balloons and balloon pump to keep.

For beginners & experienced students.  Practice includes a variety of foundational postures (standing, seated and on the floor) that focus on balance and alignment. Breathing techniques, yoga philosophy,   meditation and deep relaxation are woven into each class.  Modifications are offered to optimize each individual's experience. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, 2 blocks, and a blanket.
