Adult Programs


This 4 week session will elevate athletes to the next performance level, improving on overall speed, quickness and agility.  At this level strength and power training will build neuromuscular efficiency and motor control.

Summer fitness programs run by XTrain 4Life, NASM and CPR/AED certified personal trainer, Lance Reed.
