1. Are Preston Ethics Commission meetings open to the public?: Yes, however as required by the Preston Code of Ethics all meetings concerning an investigation of a complaint will be done in executive session and therefore, are not open to the public.

2. Is there a Public Question & Comment portion of an Ethics Commission Meeting?: Yes, but the Ethics Commission Chairman does reserve the right to moderate the number of questions and comments and the time alloted to them in accordance with the Town of Preston ordinance.
