Overview

The Preston Housing Authority (PHA) is a five member Agency that manages the Lincoln Park community in the Town of Preston located at 11 Lincoln Park Road Extension. We are a 501, nonprofit agency consisting of 40 apartment units. We employ a part time Associate Director and Maintenance person. Rental costs are established on an individual basis, based on income. The Agency meets once per month for regular meetings and special meetings when required. It is a requirement that one of the board members be a resident of the community.
